1. Introduction
SpartaLife AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit spartalife.ai, use app.spartalife.ai, create an account, connect integrations, or use our software and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service are available at terms-of-service.html.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, account credentials, business profile details, coaching preferences, client information you choose to enter, uploaded files, prompts, support requests, and billing-related information handled by our payment providers.
When you connect third-party services, we may process data from those integrations, such as Google Calendar scheduling information, Gmail send-related data, Google Drive files or metadata, social platform analytics, and other integration data needed to provide the features you enable.
We also collect basic technical and usage information, including device and browser data, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, features used, events, cookies, and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Service; create and manage accounts; process subscriptions and payments; generate AI-powered coaching, business, content, and client-support outputs; support integrations; respond to support requests; analyze usage; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
AI features may process prompts, account context, business information, client records, uploaded files, or other user-provided information to produce requested outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them with clients or in your business.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, bill, email, store files, process payments, or operate the Service.
We may share information with third-party integrations you choose to connect, as needed to provide the connected feature. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Google API Services
If you connect Google services, we use Google user data only to provide the features you enable, such as calendar scheduling, email sending, Drive file organization, client document storage, and related workflow automation.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes. You may disconnect Google services through the Service where available. After disconnection, we stop accessing new Google data, though previously synced data may remain where needed for Service functionality, legal obligations, backups, or account records.
6. Client and Health-Related Data
Fitness coaches may enter client details, goals, progress notes, uploaded documents, blood work, or other health-related information. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and client consents needed to submit that information to the Service.
The Service is not a medical provider and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Health-related outputs are informational and should be reviewed by qualified professionals when appropriate.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications and disconnect integrations where available.
To request privacy assistance, contact privacy@spartalife.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
9. Children
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
