These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpartaLife AI, including spartalife.ai, app.spartalife.ai, our AI tools, content generation features, client management features, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security issues.
SpartaLife AI provides software tools for fitness coaches, trainers, and related professionals. Content generated or organized through the Service is for informational, educational, and business support purposes only.
The Service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or emergency services. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it with clients.
Paid plans, credit packages, feature limits, renewal terms, and billing details are shown at checkout or inside your account. By purchasing a plan or credits, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel through your account settings where available or by contacting support.
You agree not to misuse the Service, violate laws or third-party rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, share login credentials, resell unauthorized access, scrape or disrupt the Service, bypass security controls, upload malware, or misrepresent AI-generated outputs as professional medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.
You are responsible for ensuring your coaching, marketing, contracts, client communications, and business practices comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service, including business information, client records, prompts, files, coaching materials, and uploaded documents ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Your Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content.
The Service may generate text, plans, guides, recommendations, summaries, and other outputs using artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular person or situation.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or sharing them with clients. We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, compliant, or appropriate for every use case.
The Service may connect with third-party services such as Google Workspace, calendar tools, email providers, social platforms, payment processors, analytics services, and file storage providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or changes they make.
SpartaLife AI, including its software, design, branding, platform features, workflows, templates, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpartaLife AI and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
